- Project: WineNet «Transnational Network for the promotion of wine-wine products”
- Purpose: H strengthen competitiveness and territorial cohesion of the border area through sustainable development and networking of border regions of Greece and Italy.

- The protection and conservation of cultural heritage as expressed through the winemaking tradition, the wine and local cuisine.
- The response to the growing demand of the residents, but mainly tourists to contact the cultural heritage.
- Promoting cross-culture by organizing cultural events and the creation of common structures, strengthening of local tradition, particularly through the creation of joint cultural centers.
- Strengthening local development and economy utilizing local products and alternative forms of tourism such as wine tourism.
- The promotion of interculturalism through organizing numerous activities of cultural, artistic and educational nature and the creation of common structures, such as cross-border musical centers.
- Encouraging cross-border trade with a focus on wine.
- The strengthening of alternative tourism.
- Improving local policies aimed at sustainable local development with respect to the specific cultural features of each region.
- The dissemination of the project results in Europe and especially in areas with similar characteristics.

- Company Scheme: The partnership of the project consists of five (5) partners, Development Epirus SA Epirus Region and the Municipality Konitsas the Greek side, and the Italian municipalities CellinoSanMarco Guagnano and the Province of Brindisi and respectively Lecce (Apulia Region).
